Every new product or corporate acquisition lead me to advance, into new positions and work with team members in each business unit to improve top-and-bottom-line growth within 12 months.
From being an expatriate in England, less than 3 years on the job, to opening up branches in Mexico and Canada, global growth and development was a passion from the beginning. Then moving into product management, marketing and divisional management, I integrated acquisitions and took the San Jamar brand to all new heights of innovation, growth and leadership in multiple categories in food service and jan/san including Food Safety Tools and Dispensers with key end users and distributors nationally and internationally.
After my expatriate experience, I worked with a Professional Coach, which was a truly transformative process for me. I discovered my true desired growth paths and values in work and life and ensured I would make the positive changes to succeed and achieve my goals.
All throughout my twenty years at San Jamar my success would not have been without the key teams I worked with, hired and developed. People were key, and along the way we continually developed our organizational structure and kept people development in the forefront of our strategies.
After being acquired by a Private Equity fi rm and being named VP of Marketing of all of San Jamar and helping the new owners. restructure and reenergize innovation I decided to start a new chapter and start Ngenuity, LLC. Entrepreneurialism helped me broaden my career experiences with different company sizes and profiles. From B-B Service companies, to family owned product companies, to some of the largest Public companies in Foodservice Equipment, I help my clients nurture growth. With successful experiences in all aspects of strategic marketing, new product innovation, new market development, organizational structure and Professional Coaching.
My educational background and credentials, includes an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, and a BA in International Political Economies with a minor in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I also have a Certified Professional Coaching Certificate (CPCC) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and am a ACC Credentialed Coach from International Coaches Federation (ICF.)
So that’s my career in a nutshell. A successful 20 year career at one company and then broad consulting experiences with large and small companies growing their markets, products and people to Professional Coaching focusing on the Human side of growth. I promise as an outsourced management member, I will partner with you and your team and together, we will nurture growth initiatives to improve your top and bottom line, and help your team sustain their success for years to come.
